So far, we have had our existing insulation painstakingly removed by this company, and they have very obligingly waited for the whole of winter for us to be available for new insulation to be installed (while we discovered other major problems within our roof space that needed correction first). These guys were polite, professional, friendly, and answered any of my many questions patiently. They were also quite competitively priced.
